We want you to love your Alex Mill pieces, but if something isn't quite right, we accept returns and exchanges on unworn, unwashed items within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure all original tags are attached to be eligible for a full refund or store credit.

Print and Pack
Download your prepaid shipping label and securely pack your items in the original mailer or a sturdy box of your choice.
Drop Off
Hand your package to the designated carrier; once received at our warehouse, please allow 5-7 business days for processing.
